Party Bylaw

Leadership Elections

members can nominate themselves for leadership elections, presenting their ideas, projects, and strategies. The nominated leader will explain their vision, projects, implementation methods, and timeline to the members. After winning the election, they’ll form a team or team of leaders to assist with tasks.

Decision-Making Process

Following a successful election, the elected leader publicly discloses the projects they intend to undertake. To facilitate the decision-making process, the leader creates a video explanation of each project, supplementing it with relevant files and images to provide clarity on their proposed decisions.

The project is then presented to the party members, who vote on it through the party website’s decision page. If a majority of members approve the project, it becomes a legitimate, unanimous decision, and implementation begins. Conversely, if the project fails to secure majority approval, the leader cannot proceed with it.

These rules are integral to our party’s governance structure, ensuring that decision-making authority is not concentrated in the hands of the leader. Instead, the membership plays an active role in legitimizing decisions through their votes, thereby empowering the people as the ultimate decision-makers.
